Cannot move VGA menu around

Hello! Ok so basiclly everything is aweosme! only issue I have latley..(just started about an hour ago) is that I cannot drag and move the VGA interface/menu around on my screen. usually I wouldn't give a rat's arse, but the issue is that it moved it "offscreen" so I cannot see the top tab buttons. Simply clicking and dragging on the outter trim of the menu doesn't work no more...idk why...but it just doesn't move. And anywhere else on the menu I cannot click and drag. Anyone have this issue, or know of a fix? It's probablly something simple, but I've exhausted my ideas on how to fix it. Even installed a fresh copy...but it still does not do nothing. Nothing has worked. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance

VGA has been patched to fix your problem. Use SVN to update to most current.

MINOR FIX
Press CTR+SHIFT+R to reset window

I tested it and it works. Let me know if that doesn't fix your problem when the window moves off screen. Also, if you forget the key combination, just go into the console and take a look at the keybinding.
