Casting Only When Another Characters Buff/debuff Is Active?

I currently have a solid 6 box team and I'm wondering if there is a way to cast certain spells from any of my toons when the best debuffs/buffs from other characters are active.

IE. My Conji will only cast his big hits when my Brig has Dispatch and Double Up on the mob. or if Timewarp / Aria of Magic / RO are casted.

Is this possible?

No, not currently. I had an idea I was kind of playing around for this. I had a very workable/usable time warp idea that was exactly like that. But the amount of options required to make it work correctly, was so massively over whelming to everyone, and the dps increase was next to nothing, it wasn't worth while. While in theory these are great for truly min/maxing and doing exceptional things, it's not really worth it as bots. At least not at this time.

Some of them just aren't really possible, like a brig dispatch, because other toons can't really tell when it's on the mob. (Using the target detriment window is extremely unreliable, because it fills in 1-2 seconds).

Hmmm. Is there maybe a way to implement with the usage of announcements?

Say the Brig tells the group "Dispatch in 2 seconds" and then prepare said casting order?

That seems at least a little more reliable than trying to monitor that crazy target detriment window.

As for the difference in DPS, my friends conji is doing 3mil DPS with the bot on and 18mil DPS when he plays it by himself by monitoring the forementioned abilities. To me, that is a huge difference.

Not buying the 3m to 18m because of dispatch/tw/etc. Is it possible his profile is terrible and he is a good conj? More than likely. Is he in the same group? Or is he comparing a botted group vs a real group?

I have done the work in the past, to code and test all these "OMFG THIS WOULD INCREASE MY DPS BY 10000000000000%" and not a single one ever works out. Good example was auto attack timing.

If someone wants to do the work, and explain, exactly what is different between the 3m and 18m parse, with a break down, and very specific details I'll look at it.

Speaking of auto attack timing, I have often wondered.. does it just delay casting any CA if the next CA would miss the next autoattack, or does it skip that next CA (that would make it mess the next autoattack) and do other CA that are further down the caststack that would finish in time?

It calculates the amount of time until your next auto attack should go off, IE: 1.24 seconds, then only allows abilities marked as ca/named ca with casting time of 1.24 or less to be cast.
