Character coffee break

Why do my characters constantly sit dumb and motionless after a battle until I click Check Buffs? Why is this necessary at all?

update eq2bot.iss from SVN ...make sure you're using the latest.

EQ2Bot is in a testing phase at this point. If you become overly frustrated, and it continues to not work for you completely, you might want to revert to an earlier version on SVN. That's the beauty of svn.

Did you update eq2bot.iss from SVN?

I have ran 3 characters for hours tonight and I'm sure if there were others with this I would have heard it constantly on IRC ...so, something is wrong on your end or you're using a class file that is unsupported or out-of-date.

What class is this character?

Everything got pulled through SVN, and eq2bot.iss/classes havn't been updated since my last pull on Sunday. My friend also complained to me that his toons were acting dumber with Check Buffs appearing all the time and he says he had to stop playing yesterday because his inq and fury were just sitting there letting him die. For me the problem child is usually the troub, it's either doing check buffs or running ahead doing room pulls and making me want to strangle it.

My Paladin stands there forever too, tried decreasing health/regen and unclicking check priest to no avail when I realized he is waiting for his pull spell to refresh. My Guardian on the other hand, fights like a champ with bow pull. Both are MT/MA/Puller...but the real problem I am having with the snoozing is when the guardian is leader the Troubadour and Fury sometimes get left behind because they tend to stand there and not autofollow soon enough, while a mystic and conjurer seem to be fine! This is with the updated EQ2Bot on them and a modified version on the Guard/Paladin leader. The modified version only has better handling of mage mobs that do not come quickly, the zombies that walk slow and for range fighting mobs like the drakes and of course facing the mob sooner/more often since looking away half a fight is silly unless it's a raid.

So first, if you are casting with spell, make sure it's not what is holding you back. As for why my Troub and Fury are sitting with thumbs up their asses, I don't know. Would test more but servers just went down for some minor patch.
