connecting two pcs on the same network

Hello, I am wondering how I use the uplink to get my 2 computers to talk to each other while boxing. Sorry in advance if I have missed something obvious. I would like to control my second pc through ogre mcp

I managed to work it out myself eventually....... Do I need to connect via the uplink in innerspace first, or can I just do it via ogre mcp now that I have set it up correctly?

Connections are maintained until one of the following happens:
Either Innerspace Uplink is closed. (Including a computer being turned off/restarted)
Network connection is closed (rebooting/losing power to your router).

Aside from those (and I'm sure something else I'm forgetting) your connections will stay linked.

In short, you have two options.

1) On 1 session, hit Ogre MCP -> Connect to connect them.
2) Make a desktop icon that does the same.
** Example. This is in a desktop shortcut. Double click it, wait 3 seconds, and it'll be connected: \Innerspace\InnerSpace.exe runscript eq2ogrecommon/ogreconnect
