Courier missions and Certain cargo

I been running using the courier mission module lately. I have noticed that it works most of the time, but there are some occasions when it does get hung up.. One of the most prevelant hang ups are any mission where I have to deliver small arms. The courier missions nevers moves it to my ship's cargo bay. When i do manually move it over to the cargo bay evebot doesnt turn in the mission, Instead it goes back to the pick up destination and endless goes back and forth between pick and drop off locations.

Seems like this type of cargo is not reconginized or something like that. Do i just need to register this cargo somewhere? or do i need to add this mission name to a database ?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
