am in the city of hate and it is not finding the wholeseller I have done the basic map lay out and it run up to the seller but does not open the window to put the fuel. any help will do ty.

By the looks of it. The name of that fuel merchant is different. Get me his EXACT name and title (The stuff in < blah > under his name. What we would refer to as his guild). And the exact name of the zone you're in.
