Craft writ issus

I am leveling a carpenter and a tailer and at level 48 when I couldn't do level 30's writs the crofters won't do writs for level 40' or 50's. I get a can't find recipe error but I think its just looking for the wrong name or something as I can craft the items if I select each one then craft that way but if it gets a writ it won't do the writ.

If anyone has had this issue and solved it caould you let me know.

I'm having the same issue with my Tailor. I've tried adding the recipes to customwrit.xml but now my tailor won't run down to the Loom.
