Craft - Writ Trouble

52+ Alch rush orders, Right Recipe's Wrong Quant. Writ is a Normal rush order, not a talented or difficult.

Writ Requires Random Recipes in Quantities of 1 , 1 , 2 , 2.

Script tries to do Quantities of 1 , 1 , 1 , 3.

Watched it just to make sure the script would perform correct as I saw the bug before it started crafting. Watched it progress as usual (IE 1, 1, 1, 2) and stopped it when i thought it looked like it was about to start a 3rd of a recipe I didn't need (Right when it reached the Begin / cancel Option on the crafting window in EQ2).

Ok, this sounds like a special case of SoE retardedness. I'll need to know if it happens like this with the talented and difficult rush orders, and whether the same quantities (but doubled) happen with a regular work order also.

Anyone else having a problem with the T6 writs?

I just crafted an Alchie through t6 without once experiencing this problem.

I'm having the same issues with the highest difficulty writ in tier 8 on my alchemist. 3 Items are requested (quantity 2. 6 total)

My crafter likes to make 5 and then run to the npc but there's still one more to go.

This doesn't happen all the time though...oh well. I'm glad that double hailing is gone

are you absolutely sure it's successful at crafting all the items? if it fails to create one pristine, this would happen...

Mine was doing this today too. Would craft the entire rush order writ except the last one and would run to the npc....This is on my woodworker.

Just graduated into the talented ones and they all follow a:

1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.

Setup for crafting, the script handled it fine. It was just the Normal T6 Rush order that threw it off (the one for levels 50 - 52 I guess)

Mine is a 34 woodworker. 2,2,2,2 and stops on the second to last briarwood canapoied king bed and then tries to turn in the writ....

Having the same problem on my Alchy. 52 Talented rush order Essence of Conflict. The first problem with the wirt is a SoE FUBAR as there are two essences of Decree ONE SK at T10 and One Pally in T6 this part I understand what happening its choosing the T10 CA to make instead of the T6, not sure how one would change this. I'm having another problem with this also though. The writ is for 1,1,2,2 but for some reasons its parsing(not sure of the correct terminology here) it as 1,1,1,3. I've had to make numerous custom writ entries but this is a the first I've come across this on any toon.

P.S.
Was just finishing up some other Alchy writs in T6 lvl 50 Rush Orders. Even the ones that don't include Essence of Decree are still, at least for me reading it 1,1,1,3. Going to plow on through till I can get the lvl 54 one.

Ok, so in your case, it's asking for 2,2,2 and craft is processing and trying to make 2,2,2 but for some reason falls short?

You'll need to watch it closely and make absolutely certain that it's not just failing on one recipe. If it IS failing on one recipe, you might need to reset the thresholds.

I"ve done around 6 or 7 so far and all i've gotten are 1,1,2,2. And they all plug in as 1,1,1,3.

All Of the Low 50's "Rush Orders" Follow the 1122 Layout, yes.

Not sure what you would like me to call them There are three types

Normal Rush

Talented Rush

"Whatever the 3rd one is" Rush

Quant as Follows for the EQ2 requirement BY the writ:​

• Normal - 1, 1, 2, 2. Never Deviates from these quant.
  
• Talented - 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1. Never Deviates from these quant.
  
• Cannot remember Quant for 3rd, will have it later tonight when I finish up this tier.

Upon reacing the Talented tier in the 50 - 59 bracket it was creating the correct quantities for all orders in the bracket.

Unfortunately, to add to this I am having the bot "Finish all writs" early. I could have 10 in the writ box, it will finish one and then end the script. Could be something I am doing wrong, though I havn't changed anything in the options and am working with a clean EQ2Craft Dir.

This is probably caused by restarting the writs after it's completed one set. I haven't yet got everything resetting when the writ is finished. This should be fixed sometime soon, until then, just close and restart craft after all writs are complete.

BTW, this should be fixed for alchemists in the current release -- I will need to know if any other classes have this issue with the level 50 rush orders.

It seems this isn't limited to lvl 50 alchemists. lvl 24 armorers also had this issue... If anyone sees craft attempting to create the wrong number of items for a writ, please specify which writ (by level and class please, not name) and the numbers of items it was supposed to be making (1122 etc)

Thanks a ton for your work on this (as well as Ama), the crafting bot is working really well.

The only issue I would have with it now would be the pathing. It looks really really bot like in the area's of the vendor and the two writ givers. I can't remember but didn't the pathing have an option a while back to make the pathing a bit more fluid instead of /face every time it needed to change headding?

Valerian as a lvl 64 armorer i can verify that this is happening to with the craft script...name of the writ is A little extra Security...writ ask's for 1-1-2-2 but crafter is doing 1-1-1-3...have restarted it several times..camped out and even reloaded isxeq2 and still same thing...and it only started happening once i got to the talented writs in t7...was fine all through t6

Recipe Right, Wrong Number

Having this problem with my 51 Jeweler trying to do Rush Order Talented, Writ calls for quantities 1,1,2,2, and CB is pluggin in 1,1,1,3. Recipe(s) writ calls for are right, just he quantity is wrong.

ok guys, working on this issue this weekend. all the quantities are getting moved into the customwrits xml. when reporting issues like this though, I NEED the WRIT level (the level that shows up in your quest journal) and class, as well as the quantities the writ calls for.

yeah, I've got an alchy too, and I love the fact that the resources alchys use are the junk resources that nobody else wants. HORRAY FOR CHEAP WRITS and LOTS OF MONEY!
