Curing Only A Certain Curse

Is it possible to set up healers to cure only a certain curse. Noticed in one of the new CD zones ... there is one curse that needs to be cured or the mob heals for 4%. There are two or three curses that are cast but that one is the main one to cure first. Any help would be great.

I can set it up yes, but it's not something you can do from your end.
Which zone/fight are we talking about?

Awuidor the Nebulous deep... think its the last named basically curses and punts you all over. My dps is low so I cant just burn thru it. It curses a lot during the fight. Several different curses sometimes entire group gets it.
