Dirges and confront fear

Hey folks,

So a couple of us tested this last night and I want to make sure we are trying this correctly.

We had 2 dirges in raid. Both are set up to cast confront fear if someone in raid chat says "Need Confront Fear"
We both have set up in the announce tab to say in raid chat "Confront fear on *Target*"
In the dirge tab we have it set to listen for other dirges to say "Confront fear on"

Now the way I assumed this works is if dirge 1 casts confront fear dirge 2 will cancel. This is not happening. Both dirges are casting it and 1 is being wasted. Am I missing either what this should do or is something wrong in my setup?

When 1 calls it, the other should no longer cast it. However... it is possible for both to cast at the same time. I'm not sure how I can handle this, because if they cast around the same time, both would actually cancel their spell casting, which would result in no one getting it. I'll look into it and see if I can come up with something.
