I've been messing around with my dirge for a while and I can't seem to get Cadance of Destruction's termination damage (Grand Finale) off in my VC. Anyone have a clue or know of a way to do this?
I've never personally tested this, but I've read that procs are not counted in RO charges for a VC. The only reason I though Cadence was useful was for the potency buff, since the damage after is a 3 trigger proc.
