Does ISXEVE work with the Optional patches?

I would assume ISXEVE works fine with the optional UI fix patches, since I haven't seen anyone else mention problems with them. Just to be safe though, can anyone confirm that it has worked for them, or does ISXEVE consider them different versions than the current?

Its been my experience that some work and some don't. On recent optional patch seemed to stop ISXEve auto-updater. Quick SVN update and it was fine.
