DPS vs Normal profile for healers

Hi All, I am looking for suggestions on how to quickly swap between having my healers ignore casting heals/wards/cures when we are burning trash/tank and spank mobs and concentrate on DPS CA's. Although I havent created two different profiles for my healers, I know this is an option, however I think it would be time consuming to load the different profiles while running zones. An example would be on my inquisitor, I have Divine Guidance in my MCP and it would be the only heal button I 'may' hit if needed on trash/named mobs that burn quickly. Make sense?

I was thinking an option maybe a button on uplink (or within the MCP) that turns certain priorties/ca's on and off (think cure potions). Does this exist already and I just missed it? I have searched the forums but havent turned anything up.

Thanks for the feedback!

I just looked, and currently no you can't change items in the priority tab etc. Apparently I did it... in an odd way, so it only supports pre-defined names (IE: Cure potions).

I'll look at changing it now...

Having said that - Changing profiles takes like 1s. But it can be annoying if you have a lot of odd custom settings that aren't saved.

From my revision history...

MCPCommands Added: ChangePriorityListBoxItem. Also added a x2 and x5 version. Changes entries in the Priority tab. Turning them on or off (disabled).
Parameter1: For who
Parameter2: Ability Name
Parameter3: TRUE or FALSE Note: This is case sensitive. TRUE = 'enabled' (white). FALSE = 'disabled' (black).

Will be in next patch: 191.
Ability Name has to be a base name. IE: Kick. Kick IV will NOT work properly. (Kick will be converted to Kick IV if it is the highest level available to your current character).

Thanks Kannkor. I understand that swapping profiles doest take all that long, however clicking a single button on the MCP is much faster :)

Appreciate the support.

For complete sake...

Added: ChangeCAListBoxItem. Identical to the above, but works on the CA tab instead of priority tab.
Added: ChangeNamedCAListBoxItem. Identical to the above, but works on the Named CA tab instead of priority tab.

There is a [Profile] button on the MCP that will allow you to load profiles across all sessions. (Not trying to persaude you out of your idea, as I implemented, just giving options).

I currently use multiple profiles for my INQ; a DPS and a Heal profile.

It would be nice if, when you load a new profile in, you could have the Bot cancel certain buffs.

ex Healer loads Heal spec, they cancel their DPS stance and load in the new stance.
