EQ2Bot - Coercer - Mana Flow/ trigger more often and Cloak sooner?

I was looking over the routine file and was wondering if there was a way to change when mana flow/cloak casts? As of now mana cloak and mana flow both wait to cast till the MT is 10% power.

Is there a way to change it to cast mana flow and mana cloak to cast at higher %? I would love mana flow to cast on the lowest person every time its up and mana cloak when lowest person is at 30ish%

Mana cloak is a group buff and only gives power to anyone taking damage. I likely wont trigger it by anything other than MT power. It is set very low because its a long refresh spell, and only want to use it when it is for sure required.

I'll look at mana-flow though.

Mana cloak has now been changed to a recast of 3mins. While you're looking at changing the trigger % for mana flow for coercers, could you do the same for Illusionists?
