EQ2bot - MT/MA General Usage Question

I just wanted to make sure I was using the main tank and main assist options correctly as it seems ive been having an issue i think is probably user error. Ive been using them as described below.

When solo with Necro: The necro should be selected for both MT and MA in the dropdowns and both MT and MA checked.

Duo with Guardian and Necro: The gaurdian should be selected for both MT and MA in the dropdowns and both MT and MA be checked. The necro should select the gaurdian for both MT and MA in the dropdowns and both MT and MA be left unchecked.

What function does the checkboxes perform. At first I thought they activated the selection but after reading the wiki it makes me think your selection is active wether its checked or not. If that true then what does checking them do?

The check boxes designate 'self' as the MA and/or MT. You don't need to make any selections if you are checking the box.

But, your necro who is assisting the guardian and not pulling should have the guardian selected for both options. You're guard who isn't assisting anyone else and is acting as the MT should have both checked.

Its only in larger groups and/or raid scenarios that the values have additional meaning.
