Bug #2159 (New): Orca Loot Wrecks
The orca loot wrecks function does not loot the wreck. It sucessfully targets and tractors the wreck and opens the wreck but doesn't loot the wreck. The bot will cycle between the open wreck and fleet hangar and never actually loot the wreck
