EveBot Ice Hauler feature

Currently i cannot get a hauler to properly haul ice.

It would be nice to have a "Cargo full threshold" feature for the hauler.

Because the cargo space is an uneven number the hauler never recognizes that it can't put any more material into it's hold and gets stuck warping back and forth between miners.

If you're running evebot, set your cargo threshold to 1 less than your capacity after you mine all the ice you can. This will trigger it to go drop off then return to mining.

EDIT: That wasn't very clear. Say your cargohold is 4567. You would want to set it to 3999 or it'll never trigger.
