When launching EQ2 through inner space I am getting the following pop up error:

everquest2.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point
?FindChild@LGUIElement@@UAEPVAV1@PAD@Z could not be located
in the dynamic link library ISUI.dll

I have my system set up in inner space to automatically load ISXEQ2 and and ISXOgre on launch. ISXEQ2 does not launch so Ogre does not lauch as well. When I try to load the extensions by typing into the console I receive the following pop up error and the extension is not loaded:

The procedure entry point
?Font From XML@LGUIElement@@UAEPAVLGUIFont@@PAVXMLNode
@@PAD0@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library ISUI.dll

Here is the error from the console:
C:/Program Files (x86)/InnerSpace/Extensions/isxeq2.dll could not be loaded into memory as a Win32 library
Extension 'isxeq2' could not be loaded
C:/Program Files (x86)/InnerSpace/Extensions/isxogre.dll could not be loaded into memory as a Win32 library
Extension 'isxogre' could not be loaded

Its been 7 days since I logged in and everything was working fine at that point.

What I've done:
ran complete file scan for EQ2
reloaded inner space and patched
ran windows update

Any ideas what might have happened or how to fix it?

Thanks

Be sure that you're not using the development version of innerspace. You need to check the innerspace patcher and make sure that it is NOT selected.

Thank you Amadeus.

I eventually had to uninstalled/reinstalled Innerspace, then I followed your directions for manually updating ISXEQ2 and Ogre and its all working again. In the future I will make sure not to check the box for development patches in Innerspace.

I've been getting this same error when I try to launch EQ2:

The procedure entry point
?Font From XML@LGUIElement@@UAEPAVLGUIFont@@PAVXMLNode
@@PAD0@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library ISUI.dll

I also get a second error "Failed to load kernel"

I have tried uninstalling Ogre, ISXEQ2, and Innerspace and doing a fresh install. I updated Windows and my video drivers. Nothing seems to work.

I've checked to make sure that I'm not patching to the development version.

Everything worked fine the last time I played (a couple of months ago, sadly), and I have no idea what might be causing the issue at this point.

EDIT: Out of sheer frustration and desperation I right-clicked Innerspace and checked the box next to Windows XP compatibility mode, and now it's working. Go figure.
