Evesalvage not looting any cans.

I have the same issue, also it will not set the destination back to "Salvager Home Base" when finished -- but If I jump into the destination system it has no problem warping to the station, docking, and dumping the loot in the cargo hanger.

having same issues, if you're right there, go ahead and set destination to home system right as it starts salvaging in a neighboring system.
Also it won't unload every item, randomly picks a select group of stuff to ignore each time.
The problem you are having with the -loot option is ownership of the wrecks, it's gone totally buggy since last patch. Blueing the wrecks wont work. You have to be in fleet with eachother or in the same corp otherwise it sees no loot rights.
Another tactic I use is to set it to "-loot (bookmark)" while i'm already at the bookmark (just having made it at the wreck site) because it will not warp to a fleet member for salvaging either. You will have to stop your ship a few times for it to then engage but it will work as normal then, as long as the wrecks belong to your corp or a current fleet member.

This is kind of an old issue here. Some things change and I don't think EVESalvage has been maintained through those changes.
