Expansion Changes for EQ2Bot

I'm less than enthusiastic about this expansion. I will not be doing all the class reasearch for every file and trying to get them all updated like I did with RoK.

I leave it to you the users to post what your new abilities are and what logic they should be used with. Provide the details and I'll work them in as a find time:

Example:
Class: Guardian
Name: Taunt of the Nerfed
Description: Usable every 2 minutes, does a crapy encounter taunt your dps will exceed in 4s.
Logic: Use on encounter fights in addition to current encounter taunts, use this one first.

Classes I will be updating myself:
Guardian

I'm currently not buying the expansion for any other account atm.

This one should be good to multi-box some of the instances.
I can see where you can get burned out. I am willing to help out a bit with the understanding I don't know the mechanics of making it work. I can do other things as needed.
