Fanatic's Protection Problem (inqy) Prestige Line

Could you please help me resolve a cast stack problem? In the Inqy prestige line there is an ability called Fanatics Protection that has a 31 second duration but a 3 second recast. It starts off with 12 increments which lower as damage is taken. It seems when I add it to my cast stack it just constantly recasts every 3 seconds and doesnt realize it is still active with many increments left. I want it to last the full 31 seconds before it recasts but it just constantly refreshes. If not is there a way to add something to my cast stack that will only allow it to refresh every so many seconds. Basically it would be nice to choose a duration myself before it recasts.

Make sure [ID] is NOT checked, and make sure your maintained abilities are not filling up, so the bot can see that it has cast, and it should not recast until 31s are up or the buff has faded.
