Fitzpitzle x4 (Harrow's End)

Hi all

I am a little stumped as to how to take on this guy?

My main problem is the fact that he just seems to wipe a group at a time on him.

I have tried:
  • camp everyone at the entrance - run in - turn him - and tank (BOOM dead - but tank SK tank survives)
  • camp everyone at the entrance - run in - stay between him and the grp (BOOM dead - but tank SK tank survives)
  • camp everyone at the entrance - run in - turn him - joust everyone in for melee DPS (BOOM Everyone dead)
At that point i was wondering if i am missing something simple that i need to do to stop the instant deaths.
Everything i read and the Ogre scripts are all based on what to do in the separate rooms, but nothing about being stuck at the entrance area.
Really hope it is not just a massive Gear / HPS check, i killed Bastion without too much trouble so i cant be all bad.

Any advice as always will be appreciated.

PS. 12 Characters - SK as MT.

He has a fail effect. He will periodically curse one person. If that person does not move about 10-20 meters away from the raid, boom, you all die.

I would, however, like to know how people are killing him. I'm also running two groups and I can't heal through 4-8 adds pounding on the tank. The add memwipes just make it more of an annoyance. At this point, I don't even try this mob anymore.

are you setting up a camp spot? Position toons in hallway, campspot them. then type /r set up for fitzpitzle. You can set up a camp spot in each room and the script will joust out the required toon.

I have got the camp spots worked out and i get to the last room with no problem now.
The problem being the last room.

I am currently only running one tank so the SK has to pickup the adds and try and hold them.
This is proving to be a real pain as the adds memwipe now and again, more than i have snaps.
I have heard that you can get up too a max of 8 adds.

I set everyone to target Fitz themselves but that seemed to not be 100% reliable with him porting away between tables.

From what i can see at the moment is that i will need to run a 2nd tank in the 2nd grp to help manage the adds.
And then mabye through an MCP button force everyone to target Fitz after every port.

Anyone else have any more advice as to how they do this instance?

Use a target bitch. I personally use my illy. Everyone assists him, and he has 'EnableAutoTarget' (AutoTarget tab) list set up for each named mob.

Would it be possible to change where the toons joust to on curse in last room at least?

If they jousted past the doorway to the room would be best. I could see a caster group working fine the way you have it but a melee group it's a pita.

They are where they are so they always stay in heal range. I can see about moving them back more... I just always forget every time I'm there...

TBH heal range is unimportant being out of the way when fitz pops near the door is important. :)

Or not sure if its possible have them joust according to where fitz is like 25 meters away so if hes near door they go where he pops

yep this fight sucks with a mele based set up, every time my team goes to the spawn points by the door they die if there is a cursed person there. I guess I will have to lvl a bunch of mages to do this fight.
