usually the fix is at around 10pm -12am est..You got about 10-12 hours to wait..
hasn't worked since the last forced patch actually. so STILL waiting. if you check the manual exe dl it's from the 14th.the last patch was the 15th.so a lot longer than 12 hours.( and yes I tried the auto update, which is why I ended up trying the manual one,just sayin that for clarity.)
I haven't posted a when is it ready?? thread simply because there must be a reason and I'm just biting my nails off

no I did't forget, I just said previously that I tried to auto update, and it said version mismatch, pls wait for update.
AND I tried the manual exe DL and it said the 14th NOT the 15th which is what isxeq2 was asking for.
( I even tried re-installing isxeq2) so no I didn't forget.
its been working fine since the patch on the 15th...until today with the latest forced patch. not sure what your issue is, but it started working again on the 15th in the afternoon pacific time. now its obviously not working again yet since the patch this morning, but if youve been down since the 15th youve got some other issue....
*shrug* no idea I've used it for years so I know how to update it and it simply said version mismatch like it always does after an update,. and I tried to DL the manual exe and it was NOT the correct one. so not sure how that's an issue on my side.
anyway hopefully it will work for me after this update.
not suggesting you dont know how to update...just maybe something got fubar'd on your side without you realizing it. the fact that it works for me (and apparently everyone else too) suggests there is an issue of some sort on your end. and yes, hopefully the new patch corrects the issue for you!
yes, that is a valid point however, I re-installed it and checked the exe which was not dated correctly.
so again I say I do not see how it's an issue on my side on 2 diff computers. and 3 or 4 people isn't everyone.
just sayin.
but I'm not really posting to debate the issue I just want it working again.

no im not trying to argue either...just trying to help you get to the bottom of why its was not working for the last few days for you. I mentioned "everyone else" simply because i dont see any other posts suggesting its been broken since the 15th. anyway, hope it works today and this is all moot.
The error message saying when the game was last forced-patched doesn't indicate and has nothing to do with its file's timestamp. It literally just means when the forced-patch last occured. That timestamp will almost always be the day before (because it is compiled and tested briefly prior to being released to you.) So you actually had the correct file downloaded. Perhaps you had a permissions issue with overwriting it. Try removing the old file first to be sure. Nobody is claiming you are unaware of how to update; but, "everyone" else really was playing just fine.
I think what the original poster is trying to say is that he is using the 5-15 .exe from ISX and after patching the game that particular .exe doesn't work and is waiting for an updated .exe from isxgames. Could be wrong but that is what I am getting. I am having the same issue. When i load the 5-15 .exe it gives me a client mismatch and will not let me log in.

Hi, thank you for the reply, I do appreciate the help everyone well..most everyone has given however it wasn't a permission issue as I always remove the old file first.
and I'm also aware people have been playing, I didn't post sooner simply because I didn't want to be THAT person that can't wait for an update, since they always happen in a timely fashion and I had no reason to assume otherwise, since I followed the same proceedures as I always do.( and it always works)
anyway it really doesn't matter hopefully this update will solve my issues,
and again thanks everyone for trying to think of answers for me.
also yes, the origional OP was posting to let us know there was a patch and the current exe wouldn't work it was never my intention to hijack the thread, I didn't even expect people to reply to my post.
