The blue screen no longer tells me which version of the game its compatable with, I dont know if there was more than one forced patch on Oct 1st ( I do know they took the servers down at least 3 times) since I am still getting the blue screen I dont know if I have a wrong version of an Oct 1st patch or if there is no isxeq2 patch yet.

We were told that there will no longer be any non-forced patches. Therefore, ISXEQ2 now assumes that you're using a client that is compatible with the server. Chances are if you were to try to log in you would not be able to play the game. Then, once you updated, the ISXEQ2 message would make more sense.
The easy answer is just to 1) Do whatever is necessary to play the game (patch, if necessary) ...then 2) ISXEQ2 will load when it's ready.
You guys all make this way harder than it needs to be.
