Harvester Not Functioning

After updating the new patch I continue to have issues getting the harvester to run properly. I can now get the script to log my characters in from the login screen but cannot get them to take the materials from the guild harvester, goblin or pack pony. It either tells me it is searching for conversation with that particular NPC or tells me there is no conversation in a long error message. Is it just me or is anyone else having this issue?

Are you sure you are on the correct version? My goblin is getting sent out just fine.
