having some issues with ogre

this is the error i get everytime i start ogre up. ixseq2 loads up fine.

IsxGamesPatcher:Exception: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned and error: (500)
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
at isxgamespatcher.Updater.ParseManifest()

Are you running your Internet from a tethered phone?

There's 1 company out there that doesn't like my patcher when connected via tethered phone.. I want to say it's att?
