Healer scripts

Is there a way to have healers not start casting heals and such until the fight starts? Or even better have them start perhaps on a pre-determined pull comment from the tank? Like when the tank says incoming or such?

Templar questions... I would like to buff additional people with the buff Glory but by the UI it is a single character buff only.

Templar , is it a list in the UI or an single choice box , if it's a list , try Shift or Control click each name you want to buff. (I forget which works).

Its a single choice box unfortunately.
Similar story with the Fury's Lucidity line. Can be cast multiple times per conc slot.
