Help Loading isxeq2

I have had to rebuild my computer and reinstall all applications, in doing so i am having a hard time getting ISXEQ2 to load.
I have searched the Forums and wiki for any information that will help me fix this problem with no luck.

I keep getting an error message:
Your version of Everquest2.exe does not match this build of ISXEQ2.
The version that you need was first executable patch on July 31,2007.
(Available at http://isxeq2.twonk.net/binaries/autoupdate.

Steps that I have taken to try and fix this.
1. download Everquest2.exe version from isxeq2.twonk.net
2. uninstall isxeq2 and inner space and then reinstall both applications.
3. replace everquest2.exe in Everquest directory.

Rinse and repeat - 4 times now.
Every time I make these changes I get the same error message.

that is the link to the current working eq2 binary, replace the one you have with that, also make sure to run eq2.exe and not the patcher. There are directions on how to configure the client but if you run the update you will screw the pooch.
