Help Locating chat functions in EVEBOT

I would like to setup a relay for my cellphone for eve so I can get a text message on any chat containing my name or direct conversations sent to me. Where are the routines in evebot that handle chat? I am pretty sure it is already handled somewhere because I noticed how chat events are being forwarded to the evebot console.
