How do get isxeve to load?

I'm running Windows 7 x64. I paid for InnerSpace and the evebot. I've followed the directions for installing/configuring InnerSpace step by step. I've followed the steps to enable InnerSpace to read/write. I've tried to manually enter subscription information - no ISXEVE.xml file is being created. I've tried to manually create my own .xml file. I've uninstalled, reinstalled at least 5 times - tried with/without "run as admin"... I still get this in the console:

I have the same problem can't get isxeve to run since incursion. I'm running Vista x64.

Nevermind, I manually updated the .dll and it works...seems my virus scanner removed the isxeve.dll thinking it contained a virus...it doesn't, right?

it would be a pretty bad idea to put a virus in a product you sell dont you think? you afraid of getting your account hacked or something?.... lol. Innerspace and isxeve are virus free products.
