1. Find a good IRC client (ie, mIRC)
2. Go to the server: irc.lavishsoft.com
3. Join the channel: #isxvg
4. Make sure that your client is set to allow DCC transfers to you.
4. While in the channel type: !isxvg
If nothing happens, it's because there is not a version ready for the recent patch.
Also, it is your responsibility to double-check the version datestamp within the .zip that is sent to you to make sure it is the one designed for the latest version of Vanguard. If you download an old version (ie, before I've updated after a patch) it will cause you to crash.
