How To Do Tls House Writs (no Guild Halls)

Is it possible to grab the rush writs quest, buy fuel from NPC, zone into non my House (Ghetto TLS Guild Halls), click the board, and start crafting?

ISXEQ2 is broken with zoning into houses. I used to have a routine to do just that with Quest Bot, but am not able to do it now.

Don't think so, but when I said if "you" can do all those things, I meant manually, as a human.
