How to solve window hanging on connection lost.

I have an internet connection problem. Sometimes it breaks the connection with Eve server.
My window hang for few minutes and trying to do EveBot actions until window will restarted or closed.

Is where some way to get actual Eve connection status (Eve Session) or maybe another way to solve the problem with hanging?
