I type extisxvg into IS Control panel and computer freezes up

when I say freeze I mean total freeze... ctrl-alt-del does nothing.... I hit my power button to shut down which is how I have it set, nothing. I have to hard reboot. I have IS and isxvg installed, when I type ext isxvg in the IS Console it does return the message extensions isxvg loaded, but does NOT give me the isxvg sign in window. I am running in windowed mode, I have .net 1.0,2.0,3.0 all installed, running XP Home, 3.73 G p4Extreme, 4 gigs RAM, overclocked up to 4.3 Ghz.

Anyone help me fix this?

what type of program ya using to overclock? .. When I overclock (or at least change my overclock settings) for my ATI card, I use ATT, but when I load up the game, everything works fine, when I move 2 inchs on the screen, the whole game freezes, then closes, then intire system loads and have to hard reboot. If you have the same program, overclock it, then right click the icon for ATT and exit it. You settings for overlocking should stay active.

I didnt see any other posts on the same problem I was having, so I didnt bother posting about my issues back when it was happening, but it seems to be something between ATT and ISX but only with VG. Did alot of tests, and trials to find out what it was, and finaly came down to that. If you are using any other programs for overclocking, AntiVirus, or any other monitoring programs also try to close those. Something weirld might be happening between the game, isx, and the monitoring.

I have an ABit motherboard, and I am using their software for my controls, OC Guru for Overclocking, ABit EQ for real time measuers and such.

I turned off my firewall and anti virus this morning to try it then. I logged in and opened the IS Console, type ext isxvg, it said extensions loaded and froze. It was time for work so I said what the heck and left it like that, thinking maybe, just maybe the process will complete and unfreeze, but it did not after 12 hours.

If anyone has any ideas please throw them out there.
