Installation problems

I am trying to install esxeq2 on another computer. I have installed innerspace and isxeq2 and gone through all the setup steps...my problem is once i get to the point where i am supposed to get a screen for the ISXgames Authorization...i do not get the screen.

The step by step says to edit ISXEQ2.xml in the innerspace/entension directory...problem is that files is not in my directory.

I have gone through installation about 6 times with fresh installs on innerspace and isxeq2 and always have the same results.

Can anyone help me out...

Did you install tortoise?

I have tried installing tortoise after innerspace, and before isxeq2 and also after isxeq2 always have same problem.

Create a blank ISXEQ2.xml file in the /innerspace/Extensions directory and place information in it similar to what you see at http://www.isxgames.com/HOWTOs/HOWTO-Manually_Enter_ISXEQ2_Sub_Info.html

If that doesn't work, then it sounds like you have two installations of innerspace/ISXEQ2 and you're looking at the wrong place on your hard drive(s)

I have done a complete search of my drive and only have one installation of Innerspace and ISXEQ2 on the hard drive.

I created ISXEQ2.xml per the sample you listed substituting my log in information on the last two lines.

When i right click the innerspace icon on the tool tray, i get EQ2 Client Error after about 20 seconds.
