IRC eq2sx - can't get registered

I am having trouble getting into IRC chat. I read and followed the post on it - using the "/msg Nickserv register <password> " syntax. I used my isxeq2 password and email - and it give me an error -NickServ- Nickname Guest897 may not be registered.

Please help!

I tried the identify command and got the same error.

IRC has nothing to do with your subscription.

Just make a nick whatever you want:

/nick arkanjul

Then, you can register it with the command you mentioned:

/msg nickserv register <password> [email]

IRC and the forums are available to everyone (free). ISXEQ2 and Innerspace are the only two things that require a subscription of any sort and are the only things that use the login/passwords that you created during the subscription process.
