Hi. I am new to ISXEVE and InnerSpace. Just signed up this weekend.
Question. I am trying to run the ICE mining features, on a Windows Vista Laptop.
Of course, Vista drivers are not rock solid so I get a little video card stutter when I undock from the station and when I warp into the ICE fields. Stutter = 15-30 seconds of a black screen before the game has drawn something on the screen.
Sometimes I can get crashes (In the IS DS9 DLL) when undocking from the station due to this stutter.
As a work around for this issue can someone tell me where in the ISEVE scripts I can add a 30,000msec (30 sec) delay before ISXEVE tries to do anything after undocking as well as when first warping to the ICE/Mining fields?
1) Script name(s) + Line numbers
2) Script Syntax
I am a developer but I dont know the syntax for the Innerspace scripting language so a 1-2 line example for a ::Sleep(30000) for Innerspace would be greatly appreciated.
I am pretty sure a delay will fix the problem.
FYI: I am running the latest version of Innerspace and v399 of ISXEVE (I downloaded ISXEVE v656 from SVN head but I still get the crash). I dont think it is an ISXEVE issue but more of a Vista + Driver issue.
