Issues Installig Properly

Just set up a new computer and trying to get isx running.
Followed all the proper steps via wiki and video walthrough on setting up.

Having the following issues. (NOTE: when installing it never did ask me for my isx login information...it did as me for login info when I set up innerspace)

1st: When I try to update the EQ2Bot folder or the EQ2Common folder, it says they are locked and read only.
2nd: When I start the game (EQ2) it attempts to autoload isx, but it's saying that I need .Net Framwork 2.0 (I have windows 7 and even though it says it comes with it, I tried to download anyway, it wouldn't let me install of course, saying it is already there)

Ultimately I'm trying to get Ogre up and running, but can't really proceed without ISX.

Any help would be appreciated.

You actually need .net 4 with windows 7/vista.
