Yes, there are known issues as a result of today's patch. They will be fixed as Amadeus and CyberTech have time to do so.
In the future, could you please refrain from posting empty "it's broke" messages? It's extremely unlikely that posting such a message helps anything. If there were a specific break and you were posting a bug report with recreation steps, that's one thing... but, a blanket "ISXEVE doesn't work" isn't ever really helpful.
