isxpatcher error: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

I tried logging on earlier, then realized ISXeq2 wasn't loaded. I've tried; restarting, reinstalling isxeq2, reinstalling both innerspace and isxeq2, tried updating the net framework but was already installed. Tried the information i found on the wiki about takeown /f Innerspace /R /D Y with no luck either. Running Innerspace as Administrator, tried setting the patcher exe in the folder to run as admin as well, along with deleting the registry key in the windows 8 thread. This is Windows 8.1 preview, but it was working yesterday. Below is the error message I'm receiving. Both isxogre and isxbj say they are loaded, and isxbj just utilized the patcher to download. I appreciate any advice or help, it's puzzling me why it stopped.

The System date and time look correct, even synchronized it via the internet time tab to doublecheck. Still get the same error. Is there a way I can see what it's looking for?

You could google the error and see what comes up.

But, honestly, the only thing it's doing is connecting to https://www.isxgames.com

You could try that URL (note the "https", not "http") with INTERNET EXPLORER ..and see if you get any errors (note, it needs to be IE.)

Didn't get any errors visiting that site in IE, and google seems to indicate it has something to do with IIS talking to https. Screw it, I'll just stick with my win7.
