ISXVG and Windows 8.1

I updated my windows 8 to 8.1 (i know i am stupid)
And this is what happens (worked before i updated to 8.1)

If i would guess i would guess its something with the .net.
So tried to update it to 4.5 and but i am not allowed to do that, since its allready installed (or something like that)

So any idea what i should do. Reinstall windows to 8.0 ?

I believe the latest development build of innerspace supports Windows 8.1; however, I don't know for sure.

Honestly, you shouldn't update operating systems on a primary gaming computer for at least a couple months after it's released. It takes a while for everything to be updated, there are always bugs and security issues, etc.

I still using Windows 7 and have 5 copies of Windows 8 on my bookshelf. I just don't have a reason to bother with it -- Windows 7 is great.

Yeah you are right, (i wanted the start button back on my win8 :dazed: )
Innerspace is working since i am playing vanguard thro it atm.
Just cant get the isxvg to work. and guessing its something to do with the .net


Tried to download .NET 2.0 and it just keept asking me if it installed correct
(downloaded it from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6523 )

And tried to turn on all windows features of .net frameworks

If i get it working i will post here. Was just hoping someone had a quick fix :p

Did you try using the development build of innerspace?

I'm asking Lax about it right now to see if it's something I need to fix/change or if it's something he needs to do. I'll update my laptop to 8.1 so I can test it.

If not, then we'll wait until the 8.1 is actually released.

Well thanks for trying. I can just launch my alts on the sec computer i have, since that run with 7 :p. And i play my main the normal way anyway

(dont know if it helps anyone, but right now i am using the development version of innerspace and that dll file. and its working on win8.1)
