ISXVG Not Loading

Hey folks,

Isxvg has been working pretty flawlessly up until yesterday. (VGCraft not so much, but ISXVG has been peachy.) Here's where it gets wierd-- I log out of Vanguard last night and change toons, and from that point on ISXVG will not load. I'm not seeing any error messages; for example, if I try to run VGCraft, there's a long pause followed by "unable to load ISXVG, exiting script."

All that said, if there's some technical information I'm supposed to get for you all somewhere, forgive my ignorance- that's why I buy script subscriptions. =) Have any of you experienced this, or have any idea what could have happened? I made no changes on my system.

I have the exact same issue!!!

Do you have an old isxvg version stored somewhere? Try to log out from your character and then reinstall the old version. Then you can log in with the new character and it will repatch to the newest (somehow buggy isxvg version). Which means you can then use the bot on the new character again until you want to switch to another char... then you have to do the same again..

The new isxvg version certainly has some bug in it.

To reproduce the error you can also open 2 instances of VG at once and only the first window will be able to run isxvg, the second wont. Its basically the same as if you would try to relog to another char...

Glad someone else is having a similar issue.

OK, I fixed this bug just a few minutes ago.

It may require that you manually update ISXVG this time around. There are two ways to do this: 1) Download http://updates.isxgames.com/isxvg/ISXVG.exe and reinstall (you can do this right over your current installation and it will only overwrite ISXVG.dll.) 2) Replace your /innerspace/Extensions/ISXVG.dll with the one at http://updates.isxgames.com/isxvg/Extensions/ISXVG.dll (replacing the one that's there.)

In either case, you'll want to completely shutdown Vanguard before doing it.
