ISXEQ2 does not include customer service. You get it only because I feel like it, feel generous, or because someone here is feeling generous.
This was explained on the website when you first created your subscription (
http://www.isxgames.com/isxeq2/Acquisition_Step3.html)
An ISXEQ2 subscription grants you two things and two things only: access to the features available on the current version of ISXEQ2 for up to three different computers within a 24 hour time period, and free downloads of new versions of ISXEQ2 as they become available.
You are not paying for customer service. Do you really think that a product like ISXEQ2 *with* customer service would be as cheap as it is? ..lol.
That being said, if I didn't respond to your email, it means that either I didn't get it or it went to my spam folder. I typically respond to every email I get, regardless.
So, you have the following choices:
1. Stfu and either figure it out or enjoy ISXEQ2 on the computers that you're already using it on.
2. Try writing an email to me with your exact problem, etc.. from another address and/or in a different format to see if it goes through. You might want to double check that you're sending it to
amadeusmq@yahoo.com . Also, as mentioned below, your problem is probably related to InnerSpace, not ISXEQ2 -- so, you should talk to Lax first.
3. Cancel your subscription and enjoy what ISXEQ2 is doing for you until your subscription runs out.
4. Cancel your subscription and request a refund for your last payment. In this case I will remove your account entirely and ban you from ever using ISXEQ2 in the future.
I'm surprised that you have been here for so long and still think that I really have a great concern as to whether you use and/or pay for ISXEQ2, like me, or anything else that you think. Honestly, I'm more of your customer than the other way around -- you need me much more than I need you, believe me.
FINALLY, the problem you're describing is not an ISXEQ2 problem. I don't do anything related to mouse or keyboard. Did you try using innerspace on that computer without isxeq2? My guess is that it won't work either ..which means that it's an InnerSpace issue, not ISXEQ2 (and there's nothing I can do about innerspace issues.) You'll have to go to
www.lavishsoft.com and talk to Lax about that. Again, I refer you to the webpage where you originally created your isxeq2 subscription (
http://www.isxgames.com/isxeq2/Acquisition_Step3.html):
Although it may not be apparently obvious from the outset, ISXEQ2 and InnerSpace are two completely different pieces of software and, as such, are developed by two different individuals. Therefore, when you subscribe to LavishSoft, you are paying for the development time, energy, and expertise that was put into the InnerSpace project. In turn, you should expect to pay for the time, energy, and expertise that was put into developing ISXEQ2.
