If I remember correctly, when this effect was introduced there was code put into Ogre so that multiple toons could have it in their caststack, but it would not fire if another one was active (allowing them to be used efficiently and continuously if enough toons had the charm). Is that code still active, or could it be revised to work with the new charms?

It was item specific. I can add the new ones in. I believe there is a forge post, if there isn't make one. If there is, make sure the item you are using is included in the post.
