LU 57 and ui skin

Looks like soe stole your new ui skin and color as on test atm the default ui is the same shade of red and general appearance as the new isxeq2 skin.

ACiD is waiting until the new UI comes out then he will probably convert the new isxeq2 skin to utilize dds files (plus png files to augment what is missing) rather than the large number of individual png files.

It just didn't seem appropriate to adjust it now with such a big change coming.
