Since there is no real subforum for this: You only can modify/set a limited amount of orders per second. Does anyone know the rough limit?
Also, is it possible to read eve popups or atleast notice that there's one active?

Less than 1, unless you enjoy replacing accounts.

Regarding markets orders.

I have notice that some times after retriving market orders my assests and market window stop refreshing and I have to relog.
