MCP only partially functional after switching to traditonal client

Long story short, I kept getting some login errors someone else posted here recently after a few forced patches when trying to cache the game. After researching it was suggested to switch to the traditional client which I did and it did solve that problem.

However,

Unless I am forgetting to move some files over or do something out of the ordinary, when I run the MCP, my second computer which is STILL using the streaming client works with the the MCP. However, when I run multiple clients on my main rig, only some functions work correctly, such as shout, Lets Go, BD. The ones that don't work are Jump, and Come to Me. Whats strange is that when I hit NoMove, it works. But when I hit CometoME, the bots appears "Stuck" as if they are trying to move but they dont. IF I manually take a step or two forward then they path straight a bit then eventually move to me.

Long story short, has anyone else experienced this issue before? I hate to assume but, could there be a conflict with the traditional client vs the streaming client? I'm not sure why it would work from my main rig to my second pc but not from main rig client to main rig client and function 100%. Can I debug the issue or is it suggested that I delete Ogre and reinstall?

Right click on innerspace -> Configuration -> Game Configuration (Tab) -> Everquest 2 -> Lock foreground - make sure it has a red dot on it.
