Mining Drones Are Never Launch

how to launch the mining drones? i selected using mining drones option but it doesnt work. And the ship wouldnt back to station after full cargo. my ore cargo is 5000 so i set 4900 on cargo setting and it doesnt work....
HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!!!!!!!!!!!

The drones seem to launch now only when attacked, at least for me. I hope it is working for you now.
