MouseClicks/KeyStrokes to Background?

How would I go about sending MouseClicks & KeyStrokes to an instance of EQ2 that is running in the background (Still able to do other things on my PC). Thanks

So when I use this sending keys is fine, however Mouse Clicks don't ever seem to go through if I try to click any buttons they light up as if the mouse is over them but aren't actually clicked.

Edit: Got it working with Wait times.
