Navigation Setup

Preface: New User

That said, I have spent all day trying to figure out navigation.

1. I have created an eq2nav file using auto; I am not sure how to make it run, but I assume by loading into another app. No prob, that's something for later.

2. Using eq2bot, I have fiddled with the navigation UI and making it work simply eludes me.
a. I set Main Tab to Dungeon Crawl
b. Nav Tab - set to Dungeon Crawl
c. Region I have tried settings between 1 and 20
d. I have set two points ("Start" & "End") as well as settings with up to 10 points, none seem to work
e. I have clicked "finish point" when done & "save"

Condition:

- Simply myself (Inq) and my Merc (SK)
- Attempt to make simple pathing routes (Move in a strait line from A to B)

Result:
- I did manage once or twice to get myself to run back to start - but cannot repeat that now
- I have loading the "craft" routine and pathing works great - very nice to see it run around in the freeport craft area - even did a writ!
- When I click "start", I sat there end endlessly tossed Tenacity on myself and the Merc - no movement
- If something actually did aggro and die, I would move to the corpse and loot it.

Critical Results:
- I cannot make myself run through a circuit of pathing points.
- Clicking "move to start" also typically has no effect.

I have exhaustively searched through the forums but here and just google. I have followed every "fix" or "how to" that I can find. Resulting in no functionality.

Could someone specifically point out the steps that need followed - this seems like it should be kindergarten stuff, so please include the "obvious" as I am sure it is something intuitive that I am missing.

Thanks & what a great tool - moreso if I can make it work!

SMALL UPDATE: Ok, so if I make a DC nav, if I walk "somewhat near" the start point then click "Move to Start" I will do so. But that's it, starting the bot does not result in him moving towards the "End" point (which is the same place I clicked "Create Finish"

I have had the same result, in fact the "move to start" is just a fancy way of turning on "Num Lock" because he doesn't got o start he just doesn't stop running forward even after I make a nice "square" path. Do you have any luck, I be happy to work with you and see if we can create a upgraded "Navigation".
